He walks the ground, reads the grade and the drainage, and tells you what is actually possible. Free, no obligation.

You get a real price and a schedule
Priced to the site and the scope, with the ground work in it rather than added later.
03 - Sheet 04
Ground first
Excavation, grading, drainage and base. The invisible half, and the half that decides the outcome.
04 - Sheet 05
Structure and hardscape
Walls, footings, cover, paving and stone. One team, one schedule, no handoffs.

Finish and walkthrough
Lighting, planting edges, clean-up, and a walk round it together.

Ground, structure, surface, fit-out
In that order, every time. Everything sits on the ground, so fixing it later means taking up what you built on top of it.
If the whole scheme is not happening this year, we design the whole scheme and build it in that order. Conduit and gas run while the ground is open cost very little now and a great deal later. Building the visible part first is the most expensive mistake in this trade.
Before you call
Where do projects usually start?
Around seven and a half thousand, and up from there. It prices to the space and to what is actually being built, which is what the consultation is for.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Acorn Finance. They will walk you through the options.
Why you rather than the cheaper quote?
It is built to handle real freeze-and-thaw seasons rather than looking good for one summer, and it is turnkey. One team, start to finish.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A patio and a full outdoor living build are different animals. You get a real schedule at the consultation, not a guess on the phone.
Do you do the whole thing, or do I coordinate trades?
The whole thing. Design, excavation, base, hardscape, structure and finish, on one schedule.
Which areas do you cover?
Northwest Arkansas, roughly 25 miles around Cave Springs. Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Centerton and the towns between them.
